What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and reassessments
• develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• supervise RBTs and behavior technicians
• provide primarily remote supervision and clinical programming
• conduct limited in-person home and school visits
• review clinical data and adjust programming
• monitor outcomes
• collaborate with families and educators
• provide caregiver guidance
• maintain clinical documentation and follow BACB standards and ethical guidelines.
