What you'll do

• Prepare food safely and sanitarily under the food services director
• portion and serve food according to standardized recipes
• prepare meals at specified times
• follow safety, sanitation, cleaning, and storage procedures
• label and date stored food
• oversee food handling and utilization
• suggest menu or recipe changes to use leftovers and supplies
• clean food service equipment, kitchen, and storage areas
• respond to dining room concerns.
