What you'll do

• Lead daily branch operations
• develop and implement standard operating procedures
• manage team training, development, customer satisfaction, retention, service delivery, and business development
• oversee profit and loss with attention to cost containment
• develop budgets, forecasts, and business plans
• apply LEAN and 5-S principles
• oversee process compliance, facility and equipment maintenance, and inventory control
• manage talent and performance
• monitor regulatory compliance, quality, and safety.
