What you'll do

• Conduct daily nursing functions under applicable rules and guidelines
• admit, transfer, and discharge residents with documentation
• support resident and family orientation
• participate in surveys
• administer medications and treatments and carry out physician orders as permitted
• manage and assess nursing personnel
• conduct unit huddles and shift handoffs
• coordinate assignments and breaks
• support weekend and holiday coverage as requested
• maintain MDS and Point Click Care processes
• notify physicians and families of significant changes
• document and investigate incidents and complaints
• and follow infection control practices.
