What you'll do

• Support performance management, team member development, workforce planning, and HR data reporting
• coordinate and deliver learning initiatives and leadership training
• facilitate workshops and training sessions
• maintain talent tools, systems, documentation, and job aids
• compile talent data and report insights
• gather information on skill gaps
• track performance process completion and data accuracy
• prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards
• assess program effectiveness and support continuous improvement
• maintain learning materials in the LMS
• support organizational change initiatives.
