What you'll do

• Develop and execute digital strategies to drive traffic, leads, sales, and occupancy
• analyze lead funnels and improve conversion
• plan and optimize paid search, paid social, and retargeting
• build lead nurture campaigns and CRM automations
• manage budgets and vendors
• oversee websites and listings
• create and improve digital content
• track KPIs and ROI
• administer CRM and marketing technology
• train community teams
• support newly acquired communities.
