What you'll do

• Monitor and document resident conditions
• respond to call bells and security systems
• assist with continence care, meals, room cleanliness, activities of daily living, and resident engagement
• observe and document medications and treatments according to medication records and the Six Rights
• report concerns
• restock and maintain medication carts and rooms
• count narcotics with a medication care manager or nurse
• record vital signs
• participate in service-plan updates.

Why this role
