Quality Manager

What you'll do

• Maintain and improve the FAA- and EASA-regulated quality management system
• represent the company with regulators and customer quality representatives
• maintain repair station manuals and procedures
• oversee or serve as Chief Inspector
• evaluate PMA and alternate parts
• oversee supplier qualification
• lead the Material Review Board and CAPA process
• manage and develop the quality team
• track quality metrics
• and address customer quality concerns.
