What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
• screen candidates
• partner with hiring managers on staffing strategies
• maintain applicant tracking data and hiring metrics
• administer the learning management system
• coordinate orientation and first-90-day onboarding
• support mentorship
• create training materials
• deliver instructor-led training
• research and implement training programs.
