The Overnight Registered Nurse (RN), Pediatric Home Care Float role provides onsite care in home and school settings across the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area, with travel throughout Minnesota as needed. Compensation is $35–$41 per hour for RNs; a $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for overnight positions. Pediatric Home Service supports medically complex children receiving care at home and school. The role exists to provide skilled, individualized nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs. It contributes to children’s ability to remain in familiar settings by monitoring health, delivering prescribed care, documenting accurately, and supporting families.

What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• assess and monitor the patient’s condition and communicate changes with the care team
• administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• provide tracheostomy, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• maintain accurate documentation
• educate and support families
• follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment.
