What you'll do

• Lead litigation matters from initial evaluation through settlement or trial
• develop case strategies and prepare legal filings
• manage discovery and depositions
• represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• handle property insurance coverage disputes, claims, and related civil litigation
• build client and referral relationships
• collaborate with colleagues and guide junior attorneys
• identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support practice growth.
