What you'll do

• Lead, coach, train, and assign work to the Facilities and Maintenance team
• oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems
• coordinate emergency repairs, vendors, and contractors
• support safety compliance, work orders, inventory, records, and maintenance reporting.
