What you'll do

• Design, plan, and lead seminars, tabletop exercises, wargames, and similar events
• develop exercise concepts, scenarios, objectives, and evaluation criteria aligned with strategic goals
• coordinate with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and mission partners
• provide expertise on joint operations, strategic planning, and exercise development
• analyze outcomes, prepare after-action documentation, and recommend improvements
• support USSTRATCOM-related mission areas and broader strategic initiatives as required.
