What you'll do

• Follow work-order procedures
• maintain and repair hotel equipment and fixtures
• repair air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical fixtures
• maintain furnishings and appliances
• complete cleaning and cosmetic repairs
• monitor mechanical-system chemical levels
• manage supplies and storage
• repair irrigation and sprinkler systems
• report unsafe conditions
• participate in life-safety inspections and preventive maintenance
• respond to guestroom requests and alarms
• conduct daily property tours.
