What you'll do

• Sand excess leather from tool handles using a belt sander or grinding wheel to achieve proper contour and appearance
• inspect finished handles and reject defects
• replace and balance grinding wheels and belts and adjust tension
• transport tools to and from staging areas
• complete routing sheets and timely data entry.
