What you'll do

• Assess patient conditions during admission and throughout shifts.
• Perform procedures and monitoring as ordered by medical providers.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for therapeutic responses.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and medical conditions.
