Technical Product Operations Manager

The Technical Product Operations Manager role is onsite in Redmond, WA, five days per week, Monday through Friday, for 40 hours per week. Pay is $62–$65 per hour. The role supports Azure Supply Chain and the GPU Deployment Hub, an enterprise application used to manage GPU capacity deployment workflows. The manager coordinates product operations across requirements gathering, software delivery, testing, deployment, and ongoing application support. By connecting business stakeholders and engineering teams, the role helps keep the application running, deliver features, and improve operational efficiency and scalability.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day operational support for the GPU Deployment Hub
• investigate user issues and coordinate resolutions
• translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• manage backlogs and track defects and priorities
• coordinate functional testing and UAT
• monitor production incidents and communicate escalations
• support deployments and release management
• prepare for monthly business reviews
• maintain documentation and identify risks and process improvements. A bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field and 2–4 years of relevant experience are required.

Why this role
