What you'll do

• Assist with group outreach, quotes, bookings, waiver reminders, and payments
• maintain group spreadsheets and calendar reminders
• answer calls, emails, and messages
• work at the ticket window as needed
• assist with close-out and cash transactions
• take reservations and process payments
• answer booking questions
• upsell additional services or packages when appropriate
• support reservation changes and cancellations
• document customer conversations
• monitor review and chat platforms.
