The role supports operational decisions by maintaining transaction records, reconciling accounts, preparing cost and financial reports, and helping ensure accounting procedures and internal controls comply with GAAP.

What you'll do

• Create and manage financial and cost statements and dashboards
• complete audit inquiries
• quality-check financial and cost reports
• prepare ad hoc reports and visualizations
• manage financial transactions
• enter, post, and reconcile journal entries and sub-ledgers to the general ledger
• assist with internal controls and GAAP-compliant procedures
• maintain intercompany transactions, billings, and reconciliations
• support the Accounting Manager and department with reporting and special projects.
