Senior Technical Writer — Cybersecurity and Systems Documentation

The Senior Technical Writer role is an onsite, full-time position in Charleston, SC; compensation is not specified. Resource Management Concepts, Inc. provides management and technology solutions supporting the protection and preservation of people and the environment in the United States. This role exists to turn complex engineering information into clear, accurate documentation for technical and program audiences. It supports cybersecurity, software development, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise services by creating and maintaining system, operational, security, and training materials as systems change.

What you'll do

• Create, edit, and review technical materials for system development, integration, deployment, operation, and maintenance
• work with engineers and subject matter experts to document capabilities, configurations, interfaces, dependencies, and procedures
• develop administration and user guides, installation instructions, troubleshooting procedures, and training materials
• support plans, architecture descriptions, technical reports, CI/CD and DevSecOps documentation, cybersecurity materials, diagrams, reviews, version control, CDRL deliverables, and updates as systems evolve.
