What you'll do

• Assist project and senior project managers with assigned scope planning and execution
• review project scope, specifications, contracts, and customer requirements
• support multiple projects
• attend status and vendor meetings
• coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• maintain project logs, reports, financial records, and closeout documentation
• support cost tracking and billing documentation
• monitor schedules
• request vendor quotes and create purchase orders
• coordinate material deliveries
• escalate delays
• respond to stakeholders
• conduct site visits
• travel to project sites as needed.
