The Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer — Patrol and Situational Assessment role is onsite in Burbank, CA, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Pay is $19.65 per hour. The officer maintains a visible presence through patrols, monitors access and visitor activity, and responds professionally to incidents and tenant concerns. The role helps protect the property and supports an orderly environment through observation, reporting, and communication with property management.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking facilities, exteriors, and perimeter areas
• respond to incidents and access issues
• monitor building access and visitor activity
• document observations and incidents
• communicate relevant information to property management and Allied Universal leadership
• and report hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
