Clinical Manager

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day team support
• lead, coach, and develop team members
• hold performance conversations as needed
• participate in weekly meetings and check-ins
• take ownership of location operations
• step in as a clinical team member when needed
• oversee appointment schedules
• maintain quality control for appointments, chart notes, and workflows
• identify operational improvements
• manage reports and performance metrics
• manage supplies and sleep-test inventory
• verify invoices and coordinate payment requests
• support financial tracking and resource planning
• identify opportunities to improve performance and patient experience.
