What you'll do

• Supervise caregiver staff on duty
• administer and document medications according to medication records and policy
• provide resident care and treatments as assigned
• respond to resident calls and emergencies
• report changes in condition and medication reactions
• assist with meals and staffing schedules
• maintain required paperwork, CPR, and First Aid certification
• communicate at shift changes.
