What you'll do

• Contact patients on the waitlist about earlier appointments and rescheduling
• review provider schedules and adjust appointment templates
• obtain required documentation from referring providers
• assist with provider assignments and appointment coordination
• contact patients about schedule changes
• use AdvancedMD scheduling software and maintain accurate records.
