What you'll do

• Provide customer care while following standard operating procedures
• perform venipuncture and other phlebotomy procedures
• collaborate with leadership and colleagues to maintain donor flow from screening through disconnect
• coordinate with medical staff on donor adverse events
• maintain accurate, complete, concurrent documentation
• contribute to a positive team environment and perform other duties assigned by leadership.
