What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, office spaces, parking areas, entrances, and the property perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate activity logs.
