The Line Cook I role is onsite in Key Biscayne, FL, with compensation of $23–$25 per hour, depending on experience. The cook supports the Key Biscayne Yacht Club kitchen and its service to members. The role prepares and presents food for à la carte dining and private events while maintaining the assigned station. It contributes to member experience by coordinating with the Executive Chef, culinary staff, and servers and following food safety and sanitation standards.

What you'll do

• Prepare high-quality food for à la carte dining and private events
• prep ingredients to the Executive Chef's standards
• stock the station to par levels
• cook and present food to established standards
• check freshness and garnish items
• coordinate orders with servers
• maintain sanitation and food safety
• keep kitchen areas organized and clean
• follow prep lists and club policies.
