What you'll do

• Oversee daily Inspection Center operations
• mentor and hold direct reports accountable
• support succession planning, coaching, leadership development, training, and performance management
• participate in strategic planning and execution
• ensure adherence to operating standards and policies
• recruit, select, orient, and train supervisory staff
• ensure training and certification processes are followed
• plan production capacity
• ensure health, safety, and loss-prevention compliance
• guide the team toward performance metrics
• reinforce quality, production, and cost objectives
• lead problem-solving and continuous-improvement efforts.
