What you'll do

• Lead test process development for semiconductor devices, including laser diode chips, bars, arrays, and assemblies
• troubleshoot test and yield issues
• analyze performance data and drive improvements
• validate and implement design changes
• partner with R&D, Product Development, and Operations on new product introduction
• optimize automated test equipment, fixtures, and software
• mentor engineers and technicians
• ensure quality, safety, and reliability standards.
