Service Porter

The Service Porter role is onsite in Edmond, OK. Pay is $17–$18 per hour. The porter supports the Volvo Cars of Oklahoma City service department by keeping it organized, efficient, and customer-ready. The porter moves and prepares customer vehicles, assists technicians and service advisors, and maintains clean work and parking areas. The position can provide a pathway to an Apprentice Service Technician role as skills and experience develop.

What you'll do

• Move and park customer vehicles safely
• pick up and deliver vehicles as needed
• assist technicians and service advisors with vehicle movement
• maintain clean and organized service areas
• perform basic vehicle checks and preparation
• wash vehicles after service when required
• check for personal belongings and report concerns
• retrieve and deliver parts and supplies
• follow dealership safety procedures and provide professional customer service.
