Senior Site Leader – Automotive Quality

Job overview

The Senior Site Leader is an onsite role in Cleveland, OH. Pay is $23–$25 per hour, with a stated schedule of 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. managing all three shifts. TRIGO provides operational quality management services for manufacturing, especially in automotive and aerospace. The role manages a site or team of site leaders and ensures quality services and support for assigned missions. It contributes to customer and operational goals by leading personnel, coordinating inspection work, and maintaining compliance with customer and company requirements.

What you'll do

• Establish and maintain customer and site-personnel relationships
• set up, staff, and supervise missions
• train and validate inspectors
• coordinate mission changes
• isolate, tag, and verify nonconforming material
• audit work and perform product verifications
• maintain site communications, time records, reports, and documentation
• liaise with the Site Manager and inspectors
• support safety and 5S practices.
