Aircraft Mechanic and Service Technician

The Aircraft Mechanic and Service Technician role is onsite in Lexington, KY; compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Receive aircraft maintenance and repair requests
• inspect and diagnose issues and assess repair feasibility
• perform maintenance and repairs and conduct or observe tests and system checks
• exchange technical information with pilots and vendors
• maintain logbooks and required records
• coordinate repair lead times with the Maintenance Manager
• approve and return aircraft to service after repairs
• maintain parts, tools, service equipment, and current technical manuals
• maintain ground support equipment
• pull aircraft in and out of the hangar
• update databases
• manage parts inventory
• clean the hangar and aircraft exterior
• ensure aircraft are trip ready
• perform snow removal or mowing as needed.
