Relief Utility Driver – Class A CDL

The Relief Utility Driver – Class A CDL role is based in Mattawan, MI, with local and regional travel between customer locations across the Midwest and Northeast, the Mattawan terminal, and the Paw Paw warehouse. Pay is $25–$28 per hour. The role supports freight delivery and pickup operations.

What you'll do

• Deliver freight safely and on time
• maneuver tractor-trailers at customer docks
• complete bills of lading and other paperwork
• maintain and fuel company equipment
• communicate with dispatch about delivery and safety concerns
• follow Department of Transportation rules, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements
• complete pre- and post-trip inspections
• plan routes
• and report mechanical issues through the Driver Vehicle Inspection Report process.
