Post-Harvest Technician

The Post-Harvest Technician role is onsite in Baker, LA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pay is $14–$20 per hour. Ilera Holistic Healthcare cultivates, processes, and packages medical marijuana products and states its mission is to improve patients’ quality of life with consistent, effective, and safe solutions. The technician handles cannabis products after harvest, supporting product quality and the production cycle through processing, drying, curing, packaging, and secure inventory handling. The role also follows safety procedures and contributes to standard operating procedures and shift handoffs.

What you'll do

• Trim and pack dried material
• buck and trim plant materials
• move cannabis through post-harvest stages
• hang material to dry and cure
• separate and track buds, trim, stems, and waste
• prepare products for transfer to processing
• operate and maintain equipment
• package products to quality standards
• transport products to secure inventory areas
• follow chemical handling and disposal procedures
• clean work areas
• report hazards
• maintain training documentation.
