What you'll do

• Develop and distribute schedules for nurses, CNAs, and direct-care staff
• monitor staffing levels and coverage gaps
• coordinate call-out coverage with nursing leadership
• communicate open shifts and schedule changes
• schedule patient visits in KanTime
• update appointment information and records
• support onboarding and front-office administration
• maintain confidentiality.
