Creative Project Manager — Hybrid, New York City

The Creative Project Manager role is hybrid in New York City, with three preferred onsite days per week, Tuesday through Thursday. The three-month contract pays $50–$65 per hour on W-2. The role supports integrated creative and marketing projects for the client. The project manager owns work from ideation through delivery, coordinating timelines, workflows, stakeholders, and deliverables across editorial, video, digital, promotional, and event projects. The role keeps concurrent projects moving as priorities change and supports improvements to creative workflows.

What you'll do

• Manage creative projects from kickoff through delivery
• coordinate timelines, dependencies, stakeholders, and deliverables
• partner with creative, marketing, business, and production teams
• manage concurrent projects in Asana
• support editorial, video, digital, promotional, event, and sponsorship creative
• coordinate vendors
• identify roadblocks and improve workflows.
