External Hospital Liaison

What you'll do

• Maintain and develop referral relationships with community leaders, social workers, case managers, and discharge managers
• work with Admissions to meet short- and long-term census goals
• develop information for marketing materials and presentations as needed
• help manage admissions to support resident and family satisfaction
• create, manage, and monitor business development plans
• conduct research as needed.
