What you'll do

• Resolve complex design issues and mentor engineering and design staff
• conduct quality assurance checks
• collaborate on project plans, drawing preparation, and staffing
• coordinate technical requirements with clients, agencies, and sub-consultants
• lead design teams and conduct performance reviews
• oversee civil engineering documents for site, utility, stormwater, grading, and permitting plans
• lead technical training
• assist with scope, budget, and schedule development
• support project pursuits and manage single-service-line projects as needed.
