What you'll do

• Build relationships with new and experienced drivers

• support onboarding, documentation, orientation, and introductions
• lead retention efforts
• gather feedback and recommend improvements
• support recognition programs
• communicate company updates and policies
• coordinate with dispatch, operations, recruiting, and leadership
• track engagement, onboarding, retention, and satisfaction metrics
• maintain records and prepare reports.
