What you'll do

• Provide customer service at the stadium ticket office
• oversee ticket office operations during events
• sell walk-up tickets and assist with purchases, exchanges, reprints, and inquiries
• guide ticket office representatives
• resolve guest concerns
• operate ticketing and point-of-sale systems
• assist with cash handling, reconciliation, and opening and closing procedures
• coordinate with event staff
• assist with employee training and policy compliance
• support the Director of Ticketing as needed.
