The Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical, Supported Living Services role is onsite in Ramona, CA, with pay of $65–$70 per hour. This part-time, 1099 independent-contractor position provides clinical oversight and training for Exceptionally Me Inc.’s Supported Living Services program, with approximately one scheduled hour per week and additional time as needed. The nurse trains and supports staff in medical care procedures, reviews medication documentation, and coordinates follow-up with clinicians and pharmacies. The role helps ensure that the client’s care plans are followed and that health concerns are communicated appropriately.

What you'll do

• Train staff in blood glucose monitoring, insulin administration, and seizure response
• provide guidance on DVT recognition and reporting
• conduct routine staff and client check-ins
• review medication records
• follow up on physician appointments and medication changes
• coordinate with physicians and pharmacies
• serve as a clinical resource
• maintain nursing documentation and communicate concerns.
