Service Support Runner — X Center Apex Grille

What you'll do

• Verify orders for table and seat, item count, modifications, temperatures, allergy designations, accompaniments, and presentation
• coordinate with kitchen staff, expediters, and servers
• deliver food and service items promptly and safely
• clear, clean, and reset tables
• maintain and stock service stations
• support opening, operating, and closing side work
• assist with event, buffet, terrace, and catering setup and breakdown
• refill water and assist with nonalcoholic beverages
• follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety requirements
• report food-quality concerns, equipment issues, shortages, and unsafe conditions.
