The Commercial Operations Specialist is an onsite role in San Antonio, TX; The position supports Third Coast Bank commercial customers through deposit onboarding and ongoing account servicing. The role owns customer requests from intake through completion, coordinating documentation, account setup, product fulfillment, digital access, and servicing with customers and internal partners. Its purpose is to deliver accurate, consistent service while following procedures and escalating exceptions or risk concerns appropriately.

What you'll do

• Manage commercial account-opening requests through activation
• communicate requirements and status to customers and relationship teams
• review and process account documentation
• coordinate deposit services and Treasury Management handoffs
• process account maintenance requests
• support business online banking access
• monitor queues and follow-ups
• maintain records
• escalate documentation, policy, fraud, and system concerns
• assist with training and process improvements.
