What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies
• respond to incidents and critical situations using reporting and escalation procedures
• conduct regular and random interior, exterior, access-point, and perimeter patrols
• monitor visitor entry, deliveries, and site traffic
• complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation
• communicate relevant information to company leadership and site contacts.
