The Operations Supervisor role is onsite in Defiance, OH, with a salary range of $60,000–$70,000 annually based on experience. The supervisor supports daily warehouse operations at Keller Warehousing & Co-Packing. The role exists to keep warehouse work safe, productive, and aligned with customer expectations. It leads and develops employees, monitors operational performance, and supports audits, incident investigations, and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Lead daily warehouse operations
• supervise, train, coach, schedule, and hold employees accountable
• monitor labor, timekeeping, attendance, inventory accuracy, and performance
• ensure safety, OSHA, and applicable food safety compliance
• support investigations, audits, equipment needs, and process improvements
• communicate with employees, customers, and internal departments.
