Project Manager, Modernization and Electrical Projects

What you'll do

• Coordinate project scope, planning, production, and installation
• organize kickoff meetings and provide weekly project updates
• develop delivery milestones and schedules
• manage vendors, approval drawings, engineering and purchasing coordination, and project communications
• use Microsoft Project for schedules and SAP to monitor costs and forecasts
• arrange purchasing requests and shipping
• visit internal manufacturing resources and subcontractors to check delivery and quality, including factory acceptance testing
• maintain project records and communicate out-of-scope requests for change orders.
