Intake Coordinator

What you'll do

• Screen referral calls, gather client information, build rapport, coordinate intake assessments and scheduling, and comply with applicable requirements.
• Manage insurance verification and authorization, work with payers on service pricing, maintain contract knowledge, assess discharge needs, coordinate continuing-care planning with the treatment team, and represent the program through community outreach.
• Participate in the assigned after-hours on-call schedule.
