Level 2 Onsite Technician

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day end-user support and resolve escalated workstation, server, networking, and cloud issues
• manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, DNS, Group Policy, Intune/MDM, SharePoint, and file-server access
• configure firewalls and troubleshoot network issues
• monitor systems, document work, communicate with users and executives, and recommend improvements.
