The Vibrant Life Assistant role is onsite in Loveland, CO. Compensation is $18.50–$20.82 per hour. The assistant helps residents safely participate in community outings and activities. By driving the community van, assisting residents during trips, and supporting on-site programs, the role contributes to resident safety, engagement, and daily community life.

What you'll do

• Safely operate the community vehicle for outings and medical appointments
• assist residents getting on and off the vehicle
• supervise residents and assist with personal care during outings
• participate in planned activities
• help with on-site Vibrant Life activities and programs
• ensure vehicle registration and insurance information are current and report safety or maintenance issues
• keep the workday cell phone charged and on
• train community staff on vehicle loading and wheelchair-lift use
• report observed or suspected changes in residents’ condition
• perform related clerical work and attend scheduled in-service classes
• maintain a safe environment and cooperate with coworkers.

Why this role

A valid driver’s license appropriate to vehicle capacity is required. Two years of vehicle or van driving experience and experience with elderly or dementia residents are preferred.
